Get an interesting cocktail without the alcohol!
If you're not familiar with blood oranges, they are fantastic to sparkle. They are less tart than grapefruit and less sweet than oranges, making them perfect to enjoy in a cocktail at any time. By combining them with tasty fresh ginger and thyme, you get a tasty and complex (alcohol-free) cocktail.

As January comes to an end, we realize sticking to our resolutions isn't easy. So we thought we'd help with a healthy recipe!
We also thought this would be a good time to switch it up and use coconut water instead of plain water! Carbonation removes some of the thickness that coconut water critics like to bring up. So it's worth trying, even if you are not usually a big fan.
Coconut water also makes this recipe perfect to hydrate after a big workout and the cucumber, lime & mint combo makes it a fun mocktail to have instead of alcohol!

The only proper way to celebrate New Year's Eve is with lots of bubbles! Ring in the New Year with this raspberry and sparkling wine cocktail.
The drink is a balance of tangy and sweet, perfect for any toast.
To get as much flavour as possible we mashed the raspberries and poured the drink in the champagne flutes using a small strainer to avoid having too many small raspberry pieces.
Feel free to add a few extra raspberries to the champagne flute for a more festive look.
Happy New Years!

Merry Christmas! We thought we'd make sure you have a bubbly one with a fun and easy cocktail recipe to enjoy with your dinner tonight.
We paired three ingredients that are often around during the holidays; cranberry juice, vodka and (best of all) candy canes. Turns out candy canes are a great sweeter and their peppermint taste is a perfect match for the tart cranberry juice. You can also make it a family friendly drink by skipping the vodka.
Cheers!

Using cloves in drink recipes may be uncommon, but given it's in a lot of holiday food recipes, we thought we'd give it a try! We infused the cloves with cinnamon, apple, and oranges to get a perfect balance between spicy and sweet.
The aroma of cloves and cinnamon add a unique taste that goes well with holiday meals. On the other hand, infusing the apple and oranges is perfect to get some sweetness without refined sugar, we'll get enough of that in party desserts ;).
To make sure the cloves don't crumble while carbonating, insert them in the orange slices.
Enjoy!

Simple, real, ingredients are all you need to make great infusions. In this recipe, we mix grapes, lime, and mint. Even if their peak season is winding down, grapes are still a good buy in grocery stores right now, they are still extra crispy and juicy. As usual, we sliced them to get as much flavour as possible. The trio makes for a refreshing infusion, perfect to have in between heavy fall/winter meals.

Pomegranate is probably our favourite ingredient to sparkle. Sure, it's delicious and tasty, but it's also so fun to watch!
The cool sensation of mint is a perfect match for the sweet and slightly sour taste of pom seeds. You'll get enough flavour to make an interesting sparkling drink while being healthy!

It's sad to say but the cold and flu season is upon us, so it's important to load up on vitamin C wherever you can! This healthy, natural infusion is sweet and refreshing. We cut the grapes and slice the oranges to make sure their natural sweetness comes out nicely when infused under pressure. Don't hesitate to squeeze the juice out of the remainder of the orange if you want extra vitamins!

Why let the kids have all the treats on Halloween? This Witches' Brew cocktail is spooky sweet. The Apple Sour Puss gives it a nice green hue, but if you're feeling extra festive add a couple drops of green food colouring to make the potion more powerful.
We served the brew in a cocktail coupe with some Lemon-Lime Green Jell-O to give it an extra creepy feel.
Happy Halloween!

This refreshing and bright infusion helps us hold on to those last few days of summer. Cucumber is one of our favourite ingredients to infuse, its soft skin lets the pressure extract all of its cool and fresh aroma. It makes for an epic infusion when blended with tangy mandarine and the dry herbal taste of thyme.

In honour of Canadian Thanksgiving we thought we'd share a cozy, fall inspired recipe!
We infused the sharp and sweet flavours of McIntosh apples with a spicy, aromatic apple cider. We used fresh pressed apple cider, but any store bought brand will do the trick!
Make sure to pair this sparkling cider with your favourite Thanksgiving tradition!

No need for sugar when you have sweet raspberries! Iced tea is often filled with refined sugar or other sweeteners, which only gives you a temporary boost of energy followed by a crash.
Sparkling tea with Bonne O allows for its flavour to infuse while staying light and refreshing, which reduces the need for sweeteners. By adding raspberries, you get the perfect amount of natural sweetness for a tasty drink!

Healthy and naturally sweet infusions are a great way to replace sugary sodas. They keep you hydrated and perfectly complement any meal. The sweetness will take away the sugar craving most of us get after eating and might even help skip dessert! Sliced blueberries and oranges work particularly well because their texture allows for the pressure to extract tonnes of flavour.

If you're throwing a Labor Day party this year, or just lounging poolside you and your guests will need a refreshing way to cool off! So, we've put together a sparkling rosé with an elderflower twist. We chose a dry rosé to keep the drink crisp and light and then added elderflower to compliment the naturally sweet wine with a nice herbal flavour. We suggest adding a splash of water for an even more refreshing experience!

It is common knowledge that watermelon and July go hand-in-hand; you can't have one without the other. Similarly, on the savory side of things, basil and watermelon are a perfect match, blending the right mix of sweet and bitter. So by simple deduction, watermelon and basil sparkled together and served on some ice in the middle of July is a perfect way to stay cool and refreshed!

With 4th of July this week, we thought we'd celebrate America with some red, white and blue!
The triple berry sparkling lemonade offers a refreshing taste to enjoy during this heat wave, especially if you decided to take the week off! It's lighter than regular lemonade but just as tasty. It also avoids all the sugar from store-bought lemonades by only adding 1/2 or 1 tablespoon of agave nectar.
Finally, to get as much flavour as possible, we cut the fruit in thin slices. It allows for the pressure in the bottle to really squeeze the juices out of the small berries.

Celebrate Dad with a drink as unique as he is! Jalapeño & ginger is not a typical duo when making sparkling water, but it tastes absolutely fantastic. Its similar to ginger beer but obviously much lighter with a bit of extra spice and aroma coming from the jalapeño.
We added a bit of agave nectar to balance the hot with some sweetness. This is a perfect non-alcoholic drink to celebrate with the whole family; healthy & funky!

Iced tea is a summer classic that is enjoyed by people of all ages. However, most iced teas can contain a lot of sugar, making you feel slow and sluggish after consuming. So as an alternative, try making a healthy homemade version with your Bonne O!
Use 3 tea bags to create the perfect amount of taste without being too bitter. As opposed to regular homemade iced tea, there is no need to boil any water, the pressure inside the bottle will infuse the tea. If you prefer your tea a bit sweeter, sugar or low-calorie sweeteners can be added. We also used a maple black tea, but please feel free to use your favourite black tea.
Lastly, we used the lemon rind to get more bright lemon flavour while adding less bitterness. To top it all off, we encourage you to garnish with a lemon wedge when ready to serve.
Enjoy!

With cherry season back in full swing, we thought we'd mix them with a little lime to make one of our favourite summer sparkling water combos.
We sliced the cherries to make sure they infused under pressure and that we got as much flavour as possible. Also, if you like tangy drinks, squeeze a lime in the bottle, it will add to the two slices already there.
Enjoy!

It's finally nice out! Blend some fruity strawberries with aromatic basil for a perfect summer drink. The sweet but savoury basil compliments strawberries perfectly. We recommend cutting the strawberries into small pieces to extract as much flavour as possible. Add a little lemon to give it a familiar summer tang & enjoy!
