Our 3 Favourite Infused Sparkling Waters

By infusing real ingredients into your sparkling water, drinking water becomes a flavourful & creative experience. Everyone our office has a Bonne O in their home and uses it daily. That's particularly true now that everyone is on a new year cleanse (while eagerly awaiting February cocktails of course...). Since we've been creating sparkling waters all January, today we're sharing our favourites with you.

The first is a zippy, caffeine-free, daytime pick-me-up: Peppermint Sparkling Tea. It can be enjoyed unsweetened or with a hint of sweetness.

To create this place a peppermint tea bag and a couple sprigs of mint in the bottle. Fill the bottle to the rim with cold, filtered water. Place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber and fill the flavour chamber with water (unsweetened version) or with a light simple syrup (sweetened). To make the light simple syrup, dissolve a teaspoon of sugar or honey in a glass of water & pour in the flavour chamber. Close the system, press the button & sparkle!

Favourite #2 has the aroma of apple pie with none of the calories. This is rich, flavourful sparkling water. A delicious treat: Apple, Ginger & Cinnamon Infused Sparkling Water.

Put a couple apple slices, one peeled chunk of ginger and a half a cinnamon stick in the bottle. Fill the bottle to the rim with cold, filtered water. Place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber and fill the flavour chamber with water. Close up the system, press the button and sparkle! After sparkling it's ready to drink, but the longer you keep the bottle sealed, the more the apple, ginger and cinnamon flavours will infuse and the "pie" aroma will intensify.

Our final favourite is finance department approved. It's a Sparkling Orange Juice and it saves 80% vs. drinking OJ alone. It is the cold drink to warm the cockles of an accountant's heart. It's also tasty and low calorie. No need for a finance degree to enjoy.

To start your day with this bubbly refresher, fill the flavour chamber with pulp-free OJ, place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber and fill the bottle with cold, filtered water. Close up the system & press the button. Sparkle & enjoy!
