Celebrate the Year of the Rooster with infused Mandarins & Dragon Eyes! Mandarins & Dragon Eyes infuse beautifully into sparkling water for a subtle, lightly sweet & all natural treat. A perfect start to the Lunar New Year!
To create this treat, take some mandarin segments and slice in half to expose the fleshy inside. Also open some dragon eyes and add the white fleshy fruit, not the shells. Place the sliced mandarins and fleshy part of the dragon eyes (they look like dragon eyes when you bite into them but their actual name is longan) in the Bonne O bottle and fill the bottle to the rim with cold water. Place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber and fill the flavour chamber with water.
Close up the system and press the button to sparkle & infuse!
When complete, you can open & enjoy or place in the refrigerator to enjoy later. The flavours of the mandarins & longan will continue to infuse under pressure in the sealed bottle. Happy Lunar New Year!
