Fancy Fall Cocktails Made Easy: Apple Brandy Sparkler

Fancy Fall Cocktails Made Easy: Apple Brandy Sparkler

Fall is around the corner and here is stellar way to greet it. Put the warm scents of apple, cinnamon, lemon, honey & brandy in your glass with this Apple Brandy Sparkler!

To create this fall treat fully dissolve 3 tablespoons of honey into the juice of a 1/2 lemon and some apple juice and pour this into the flavour chamber. Place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Pour a 1/2 cup of apple brandy into your Bonne O bottle and top the bottle up to the rim with cold water. Optionally you can add some lemons and apple to the bottle for enhanced flavour, but the juice in the flavour chamber should be sufficient. Close up the system & sparkle!

Note that apple brandy is distilled from apple cider and is used in classic French cooking or as an apéritif or digestif. We used Calvados from Normandy. It has a history that stretches back to 1553 - here are the links to both the product and the history.

After sparkling, it is ready to pour. We garnished our tumblers with a wedge of apple and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
