Get ready for summer with a Coconut Pom-Lime White Wine Spritzer! It's light, with a hint of tropical and a sweet / sour mix to keep each sip interesting. Inspired and adapted from the June 2017 edition of Food & Wine Magazine.
There are a few steps to creating this spritzer, none are difficult, but each is important to get the right balance of sweet and sour. Place four teaspoons of sugar, 1/4 cup of water, 1/4 cup of pom juice and the juice of half a lime in a cup. Stir to ensure the sugar is fully dissolved. Pour the mixture into the flavour chamber. Add a carbonator to the carbonation chamber. Fill the bottle 1/3 full with cold coconut water and 2/3 with cold white wine.
Close up the system & sparkle!
When complete, the bottle is sealed & sparkled. You can store it for later in the refrigerator or take it out to your patio & enjoy now. Garnish your glasses with a slice of lime, open & pour!
