Infusions have more taste vs. adding fruit to previously sparkled water. With an infusion, you place the ingredients in the bottle before sparkling. The pressure squeezes the flavour into the water. This creates an infused water that contains the combined flavours, tastes and scents of the ingredients.
To create Peach Mint Sparkling Water, place a few slices of ripe peach and a few sprigs of mint in the bottle. Fill the bottle to the rim with cold water and a few ice cubes (optional). Fill the flavour chamber with water and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Close up the system, press the button and sparkle & infuse!
When complete, either place the sparkled and sealed bottle in the refrigerator for later or open now and enjoy.
