Making a Blackberry Elderflower Sparkler

Making a Blackberry Elderflower Sparkler

Trying to stay away from alcohol this January? Make sure to stay on track by replacing your regular cocktails with fun non-alcoholic cocktails like this Blackberry Elderflower Sparkler. The elderflower's sweet, tangy and floral taste is perfect for the sweet and (sometimes) sour taste of blackberries.

To make this sparkler, we used 1 oz of elderflower. The syrup from Ikea is usually the easiest to find.  Simply cut a generous handful of blackberries (to get more flavour and colour) and add them to the bottle with the elderflower. Top the bottle to the rim with cold water.

Fill the flavour chamber with water and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Close up the system and press the button to sparkle & infuse!

Garnish with mint and enjoy now or place the sealed bottle in the refrigerator for later. Cheers!
