We hope you enjoy this holiday season with the special people in your life. To share the tastes of the season in a healthy, bubbly drink, infuse pom seeds, apple slices and a cinnamon stick while sparkling. Easy to make and your beverage will smell & taste wonderful!
To create this Sparkling Water with Infused Seasonal Fruit, add some pom seeds, apple slices and a cinnamon stick to your Bonne O Bottle. Fill the Bottle to the rim with cold water. Remember that the colder the water, the more CO2 gas is absorbed by the water. Colder water = better & longer lasting bubbles.
Fill the flavour chamber with water and place a carbonator in the carbonation chamber. Close up the system & sparkle!
A couple tips: First, the longer you store the sealed bottle in the fridge before opening, the more powerful the fruit and cinnamon flavours. Second, the colder the water, the fewer the number bubbles will be released when you open the bottle. Use very cold water (or add some ice cubes to the bottle before sparkling) and store the completed bottle in the fridge for a couple hours before opening. That will give you the very longest lasting bubbles, especially when you add a lot of fruit or spices to the bottle.

Bonus holiday party tip... for a bit of time on the 'naughty' side of the list ... a splash of vodka in the bottle before sparkling will make a wonderful Seasonal Infused Vodka Soda! For this one be sure to use very cold water, add ice cubes, and store in the fridge after making (if you have the time) since alcohol and the cinnamon stick will encourage bubble creation. Have fun!
